Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine each child's unique needs and challenges.

• Play an active role in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Monitor and document progress of children through systematic observations and assessments, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance outcomes.

• Provide individualized support and educational strategies to families, empowering them with skills and knowledge to further promote optimal child development.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations concerning early intervention services, maintaining high standards of practice.

• Create a nurturing environment that fosters strong relationships with children and families, encouraging open communication and trust.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles to develop engaging treatment strategies.

• Implement coaching models and natural environment teaching approaches to enhance learning outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays, advocating for their needs within educational settings. You will work closely with families to understand their challenges and provide them with the necessary tools to help their children thrive. This role demands a deep empathy and understanding of the socio-economic factors that affect developmental outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.

• Possession of a valid driver's license for transportation purposes.

• At least one year of experience in early intervention services, specifically working with children.

• Bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have a background in early childhood education, special education, or similar fields, along with experience using digital tools for evaluations and documentation. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 80,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
