Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service at the front desk Operate a multi-line telephone system Greet and interact with individuals entering the establishment Answer all incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate personnel or department Maintain builder listings and distribute updates Order office supplies and maintain office equipment Process customer payments and maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees Requirements Highschool degree or GED Three to six months related experience and/or training Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to write simple correspondence Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, database and Internet software Public Notary Certification (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
