Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through interviews, questionnaires, and clinical observations to identify patient needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a primary focus on modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and holistic care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating poise and effective problem-solving during mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and create effective treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
