Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.What You Will Be Doing:Responsible for reviewing, researching, analyzing, and preparing files for claims arbitration. Make decisions within limits of authority regarding settlement negotiations prior to the arbitration hearing. Conduct workshops and presentations to promote the arbitration process through visitations to field claim branches, schools, and seminars.
