Hiring Department Dean of Engineering Job Description The Mizzou College of Engineering invites enthusiastic candidatesto apply for Student Recruitment Specialist position to help usrecruit the next generation of Mizzou Engineers. Travel to off-campus recruitment events including high school andcollege fairs, STEM events, and university admissions events toengage with students on engineering education in Missouri and otherfeeder states. Represent the College of Engineering at campus level sponsoredrecruitment events including Meet Mizzou, Countdown Mizzou, JuniorSneak Peek, Show Me Mizzou, Transfer Tuesday etc. Utilize Slate CRM to track prospective students and events andanalyze the data to provide insights into new opportunities forstudent recruitment. Support recruitment staff in university participation of staff,faculty, students and alumni for national and local collegerecruitment fairs, and national organizations meetings forundergraduate recruitment. Give presentations and tours to prospective students incoordination with other recruitment staff. Schedule prospective student meetings and serve as primarycontact for college related inquiries from prospective students andfamilies through the Engineering Recruitment email. Maintain up to date knowledge of all academic programs,fellowships, scholarships and general campus information as itrelates to prospective students. Collaborates with other Mizzou Engineering units such as AcademicAdvising, Marketing & Communications, and others as necessaryto facilitate support for recruitment initiatives. Complete office tasks such as registering for conferences, travelauthorization forms, travel planning, etc. Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor Shift Monday- Friday, 8:00-5:00. 40 hours/week, some evening and weekendresponsibilities may be required. Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education andexperience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparableknowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications Public speaking/presenting experience Experience utilizing Slate or another CRM Knowledge of Mizzou Engineering programs and/or engineeringeducation Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range: $22.10- $26.00 Per hour Grade: GGS 009 University Title: Student Service Coordinator II Internal applicants can determine their University title byaccessing the Talent Profile tile in myHR.
