Speech Language Pathologist - SLP

Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive communication and swallowing disorder assessments and treatments across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Key Responsibilities Assess patients using established methods and observations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing. Deliver therapy sessions tailored to diverse needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create effective care strategies. Educate patients and families to support progress outside clinical settings. Occasionally conduct inpatient evaluations and interventions. Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards. Engage in ongoing professional development and peer collaboration. Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist; CCC-SLP preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Expertise in evidence-based techniques for all age groups. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt therapy to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
