Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity serving preschool students in a dynamic school environment near Ventura, CA. This full-time role is designed for a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with a passion for early intervention, supporting children ages 3–5. You’ll work across multiple school sites, collaborating with an on-site SLP for additional support, and manage a caseload of up to 50 students. The assignment begins ASAP and continues through June 17, 2026, offering you the chance to make a significant impact throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active California licensure or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
• Experience or strong interest in working with preschool-aged children
• Previous school-based or pediatric healthcare setting experience preferred
• Background in teletherapy or comfort utilizing virtual therapy platforms a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to individualized, child-centered intervention strategies

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders in preschool students
• Collaborate with another SLP and interdisciplinary staff, including opportunity to coordinate with Occupational Therapy
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with families and educational staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for up to 50 students
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team sessions
• Flexibly move between multiple school sites as needed
