U.S. Payroll Analyst

Job Description Manage payroll inputs, accounting, auditing, payment processing, journal entries, reconciliations and time and absence system processing and reporting. Key Accountabilities Manage payroll input according to deadlines Review output, reconcile gross to net, post payroll journals and reconcile accounts Support annual audits and preparation of financial statements Manage day‑to‑day payroll matters in collaboration with HR business partners, employees, and external providers as necessary Ensure adherence to payroll regulations Assist in system integration, including new applications and configuration Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree with emphasis in accounting 8+ years of related experience Journal creation and account reconciliation Corporate finance experience Payroll processing managing inputs through output review and approval Payroll benefit knowledge Accuracy and attention to detail, prioritization, multitasking Strong communication skills Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary range: $88,300 - $141,300 Eligible for discretionary annual bonus Equity per equity plan documents and agreements Medical, dental, and vision plans 401(K) participation with company matching Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time Compliance with Paid Family Leave and other leaves of absence EEO Statement Broadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
