Our platform streamlines accounts payable processes, eliminating inefficiencies and empowering Accounts Payable (AP) teams to focus on strategic initiatives.As part of the global Edenred family, we offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment, a commitment to employee well-being and professional growth, and opportunities to drive innovation in the payment industry.* : We offer 100% company-paid medical coverage for employee-only plans, life insurance, AD&D insurance, and long-term and short-term disability.* : Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Flexible Spending Account, and Accident.* Competitive salary of up to $65,000 annually.* : Take advantage of our 401K plan with a 3.5% employer match.If you're passionate about innovation and want to make a meaningful impact, join us at Edenred Pay USA.**Job Summary:**The Corporate Accountant supports daily company and accounting tasks.**Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities**Company Tasks:* Daily reconciliation of all client payment operating accounts* Work with Relationship Managers to ensure that the daily ACH / card transactions/client funding is completed accurately, timely and in accordance to the company’s policies when issues arise* Execute deletes, reversals, bank changes and other ACH related transactions for clients quickly and accurately* Creation of custom reports, data output and financial metrics as requested* Review and process client return of funds* Understand and complete the daily ACH chargeback and NOC notifications* Assist with client funding and payment inquiries and ensuring SLAs are met* Assist with monthly rebate processing* Maintain a working knowledge of all electronic payment products and services sold by the company and understand the company’s defined processes as it relates to these productsAccounting Tasks:* Manage month-end/quarter-end closing entries.* Monitor accounts payable or receivables, ensuring timely payments and collections.* Enter AP invoices into accounting system.* Run AP payment process* Enter and submit AR invoices to clients/customers.* Apply payments of invoices to cash.**Required Skills/Abilities:*** Strong organizational skills with an ability to resolve complex issues to work effectively under pressure* Leadership capabilities necessary to manage in an environment of rapid growth* Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to prioritize tasks* Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.* Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suites and CRM software I.e. Salesforce.**Education and Experience:**Required:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
