Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Life Insurance Agent at Primerica Financial Services. The Life Insurance Agent will educate prospective and existing clients on term life insurance and related financial products, conduct needs-based assessments, and recommend appropriate solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and building a client base, scheduling and conducting virtual consultations, explaining policy options, and assisting clients with applications and underwriting requirements. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, providing policy reviews, handling basic customer service inquiries, and keeping accurate records in compliance with regulatory and company standards. The Life Insurance Agent will collaborate with team members, participate in training, and stay current on industry trends, company products, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively prospect, present, and close suitable life insurance solutions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge in Insurance and Finance to explain product features, policy structures, and basic financial concepts to clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to client inquiries, and support long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to conduct clear, client-focused consultations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to work independently in a remote environment and manage a consistent activity level.
- Ability to learn and adhere to regulatory requirements, including obtaining and maintaining appropriate life insurance licensing (state or provincial as applicable).
- Comfort with using digital tools and virtual meeting platforms for remote client interactions and recordkeeping.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is beneficial but not required; a high school diploma or equivalent is typically expected, and additional education in business or finance is a plus.
