Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Life Insurance Agent at Primerica Financial Services. The Life Insurance Agent will educate individuals and families on life insurance options, assess client needs, and recommend suitable term life insurance and related financial products. Daily tasks include conducting virtual consultations, preparing insurance proposals, processing applications, and following up to ensure client satisfaction and policy understanding. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, staying current on industry regulations and company offerings, and collaborating with team members to meet sales and service goals. The Life Insurance Agent will also participate in ongoing training and professional development to strengthen product knowledge and client advising skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to present and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foundational knowledge of Finance and Insurance to explain products and support clients in making informed decisions.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and follow-through on client requests.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and use digital tools for virtual consultations.
• Relevant state life insurance license (or willingness to obtain), with compliance to all regulatory requirements.
• Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and online documentation tools.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering client-centered financial guidance.
