Now Hiring: PM Shipping ClerkA well-established food manufacturing company in Fowler, CA is hiring two PM Shipping Clerks and is looking to fill these positions immediately. Pay $16.90–$18.00/hour, depending on experience.Schedule:Monday – SaturdayTypical shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AMHours may vary based on production needsJob ResponsibilitiesPrepare and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy.Create bills of lading and shipping documents.Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.Compare packing slips to purchase orders.Sort, count, label, package, and maintain inventory records.Use handheld scanning devices to track inventory movement.Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies.Coordinate deliveries to internal departments.Research lost shipments and assist with proof of delivery documentation.Maintain shipping and receiving records.Operate pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts (if qualified).Follow all company safety and quality procedures.Perform other warehouse and shipping duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of shipping clerk or related warehouse experienceBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsDependable with a flexible scheduleExperience using scanners and inventory systems is a plusThis is an immediate hiring need.
