Although interaction is conducted remotely, our therapists are encouraged to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular case consultations and team meetings to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' emotional and behavioral health, assessing the intensity, duration, and frequency of symptoms related to mood disorders, particularly in the context of divorce and relationship issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster engagement in the therapy process.

• Monitor client progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Stay updated on the latest research in mood disorders and therapeutic techniques, applying this knowledge to enhance treatment approaches.

• Maintain confidential client records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines, ensuring privacy and trust.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Familiarity with remote therapy tools and techniques—especially for working with families—will be advantageous in this role.
