Technical Product Owner- Sales

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Technical Product Owner for Sales to lead the MedTech Global CXM Platform built on Microsoft Dynamics. This role establishes technical strategy, architecture, and platform capabilities for AI-driven commercial experiences across sales, marketing, and customer engagement functions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute technical strategy, architecture, and engineering standards for the MedTech CXM Platform
- Lead platform transformation planning and coordinate with enterprise product and delivery teams
- Translate business priorities and operational challenges into multi-year technology roadmaps
- Serve as primary technology advisor to site leadership and key business stakeholders
- Drive platform adoption, performance optimization, and system reliability across global commercial functions
Requirements
- Experience leading technical platform strategy and architecture in enterprise environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and related enterprise technology ecosystems
- Strong ability to translate business priorities into technology roadmaps
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder collaboration
- Understanding of commercial/sales operations and customer engagement systems
- Experience with AI-powered platform transformation initiatives
