Manager, Technical Platform Owner - XR/VR

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Manager, Technical Platform Owner for XR/VR based in Raritan, NJ. This leadership role bridges business strategy and technology execution, overseeing an integrated education platform transformation while managing IT operations, budgets, and vendor partnerships across a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead education platform transformation planning and technology solution deployment with enterprise product teams
• Translate business priorities into multi-year technology roadmaps balancing value, cost, risk, and resources
• Serve as primary technology liaison for site leadership and key business stakeholders
• Manage IT budgets, financial performance, and optimize total cost of ownership
• Ensure compliance, cybersecurity, reliability, and operational continuity across site technology solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field
• Seven years of IT experience, including technology delivery and support in regulated or industrial environments
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and executable plans
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing across multiple functions
• Demonstrated financial management skills including budgeting and cost optimization
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities in matrix environments
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
