Head of GTM & Sales for Flow Capture & Studio

Autodesk Flow, a startup inside Autodesk, is hiring a Director of Sales to build and scale two new teams for Flow Capture and Flow Studio. You will hire the first reps, craft initial plays, set quotas, and lead the GTM motion across the US, with later expansion to other regions. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Sales to drive growth, own the pipeline, manage forecasts, and shape a scalable sales organization that combines startup speed with enterprise backing.
