Company Overview A leading company in the life sciences sector is seeking an HR Generalist to join their HR team in a hybrid role based in Massachusetts. This position focuses on driving employee engagement and supporting HR initiatives throughout the employment lifecycle. The HR Generalist with support the HR Business Partners. Job Responsibilities Partner with managers, employees, and HR partners to drive operational excellence in HR initiatives, processes, and practices. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design and deliver company-wide solutions including performance management and employee engagement. Act as an advisor to employees and managers regarding organizational issues and change management. Partner with Talent Acquisition to facilitate onboarding and integration of new hires. Provide employee relations expertise and conduct investigations as needed. Analyze workforce data to identify trends and collaborate on solutions. Provide HR policy guidance and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, human resource management, business, or related field. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including talent management. Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist is highly desirable. Experience in Life Science, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday HRIS.
