The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Supervisor to oversee all back-of-house operations. You will be responsible for managing deliveries, organizing inventory, and ensuring merchandise flows seamlessly from the stockroom to the sales floor. In this role, you will lead a small team, maintain stock accuracy, and support store leadership to keep the store running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all stockroom operations, including receiving, processing, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Train and guide stock associates to maintain operational excellence.
• Partner with store leadership to support sales goals through efficient inventory management.
• Conduct cycle counts, resolve stock discrepancies, and assist with audits.
• Ensure the stockroom and back-of-house areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Oversee timely replenishment to the sales floor to maximize availability for customers.
• Adhere to health, safety, and operational procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in retail stock operations and supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control.
• Physical ability to perform stockroom duties, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• A proactive, flexible, and reliable team player.
