Sales Manager - Bmw Of Pittsburgh And Mini Of PittsburghBmw of Pittsburgh and Mini of Pittsburgh are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can coach people, manage the floor, structure deals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.This is not a back-office position. The right person will be visible, engaged, and accountable - helping sales consultants improve, removing obstacles for customers, and keeping the department focused on volume, gross profit, process, and long-term relationships.Lead daily sales-floor activity for BMW and MINI.Coach sales consultants through real deals, follow-up, objections, and closing.Conduct daily huddles and regular one-on-one performance conversations.Structure and desk deals using sound business judgment.Monitor CRM activity, lead response, appointments, follow-up, and unsold traffic.Ensure customers receive prompt, transparent, and professional communication.Partner with Finance for accurate and efficient deal handoffs.Work with inventory leadership on pricing, aging, merchandising, and vehicle availability.Maintain manufacturer, dealership, legal, and documentation standards.Review performance reports and turn the numbers into specific employee actions.Help recruit, onboard, train, and retain strong sales professionals.Resolve customer concerns calmly and take ownership through completion.Support dealership goals without sacrificing trust or customer experience.Proven automotive retail sales experience.Dealership sales-management or team-lead experience strongly preferred.Strong coaching skills and the ability to improve people, not merely pressure them.Comfortable structuring deals and managing volume, gross profit, and closing ratios.Strong CRM discipline and confidence using performance data.Clear communicator who sets expectations and follows through.Organized, decisive, competitive, and steady under pressure.BMW, MINI, or luxury-brand experience is helpful but not required.Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements.Availability for a retail schedule, including evenings and Saturdays as assigned.Sales consultants know their expectations and improve through coaching.Leads and customers receive timely, consistent follow-up.Deals move cleanly from first contact through delivery.Volume and profitability grow together.Customer issues are handled before they become larger problems.BMW and MINI operate as one coordinated sales organization while preserving each brand's customer experience.You will join an established BMW and MINI operation that values accountability, employee development, operational improvement, and exceptional customer care.
