About the Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. As an ADON, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and assigning tasks to ensure efficient and effective care delivery Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to promote excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction Collaborate with the Infection Control team to identify and address any infection control concerns Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Participate in budgeting and financial planning to ensure the effective management of nursing resources Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care Requirements Strong leadership and communication skills Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan.
