General job description

The Kitchen Team Member contributes to the success of Chick-fil-A Beach Blvd by adhering to and exceeding Chick-fil-A quality, order accuracy, presentation, and food safety standards while working together with a collaborative spirit in order to achieve excellent performance in all areas

Major duties and responsibilities: operational tasks

• Effectively and accurately assembles orders
• Follows standards for proper presentation of orders
• Ensures accuracy of orders
• Works with sense of urgency
• Communicates effectively with the front counter
• Maintains a culture of food safety by properly utilizing Chick-fil-A's operational tools (ERQA, Safe Daily Critical, & SAFE visits)
• Upholds organizational standards to increase proficiency
• Follows cleaning routines in order to meet and exceed Chick-fil-A's high cleanliness standards

Qualifications for the job

• Must have flexible availability which includes Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Be at least 18 years of age

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand for more than 6 hours
