Sr Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Sr Project Manager

Location : Harrisburg, PA
Type : Contract, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage high-priority, high-profile technology projects involving enhancements, business process reengineering, and solution development.
2. Manage the complete project lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment of business solutions.
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements aligned with scope, budget, and timelines.
4. Manage project delivery and track progress against established schedules, identifying delays and taking corrective action to keep projects on track.
5. Develop project estimates and manage project budgets, including obtaining client approval and adjusting estimates as project needs evolve.
6. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies through RAID tracking, proactive mitigation strategies, and timely escalation to leadership.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, customer representatives, IT teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
8. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Application, Data Warehouse, Informatics, Solution Management, Networking, Security, and Service Management to support successful implementation.
9. Lead stakeholder communication and reporting, including status reports, project metrics, presentations, recommendations, and weekly project updates.
