Accounts Receivable Clerk

Detail-oriented and proactive, the remote Accounts Receivable Clerk will manage accounts receivables and collections, support reporting cycles, and improve processes while working in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time while monitoring accounts receivable aging reports Execute collection efforts and investigate billing discrepancies, maintaining accurate customer account records Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciling bank accounts and internal accounts Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support Intermediate Excel skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes
