Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join a new upscale concept in the heart of South Beach, Miami .

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the Senior Culinary Leadership Team in the day-to-day management of kitchen operations.
\n
• Lead, motivate, and develop kitchen team members to deliver exceptional food quality and service standards.
\n
• Ensure all dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
\n
• Manage service periods effectively, maintaining calm leadership in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Monitor food quality, stock levels, ordering, and inventory controls to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.
\n
• Maintain exceptional food hygiene, health & safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
\n
• Assist with training, coaching, and succession planning for junior chefs.
\n
• Contribute to menu development, seasonal offerings, and continuous improvement initiatives within the kitchen.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Previous experience in leadership role within a premium, upscale, luxury, or fine dining restaurant.
\n
• Previous experience or knowledge of Asian cuisine is highly desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
\n
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing culinary teams.
\n
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, stock control, and labour management.
\n
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health & safety regulations.
\n
• Outstanding organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
\n
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for culinary excellence.
\n
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
\n
• Experience within Michelin-starred, luxury hotel, celebrity chef, or high-volume premium dining environments is highly desirable.
