Position Summary:

The Production Aide is required to have a detailed knowledge of the assembly methods required for all products produced in their respective areas. They must be capable of assisting the supervisor in day-to-day operations. They must possess an overall knowledge of GMP’s and SOP’s and how they are applied to the manufacturing process. Must be an effective communicator and must promote and enforce company policies, goals, and objectives.

This role requires the Production Aide to work in a clean room manufacturing environment for the entire shift.

Schedule : Monday- Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm with overtime as needed including weekends.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• Trains mainly production operators on various process/production techniques.
• May be required to assist on/in the production assembly line from time to time.
• Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of the department’s policies, procedures and practices.
• Responsible for scheduling employees to their workstation
• Assists the Supervisor in leading a group of peers/subordinates largely in coordination work on materials loading and simple training. This may be done at different organizational levels.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

• Requires working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization. Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts. Follows established procedures and guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360

• Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions.

• Use established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

• May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
• Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, peers and subordinates.

Expertise: Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc

Required:

• High school diploma/G.E.D

Preferred:

• Associate's or technical degree
• Applicable industry/professional certification
• 1+ years of related Manufacturing experience

Salary Range: $19.31-$23.17/ Hourly plus Shift Differential
