The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, as part of the procedure team, provides technical services and support to diagnostic and interventional cardiology, structural heart, peripheral vascular, and interventional radiology procedures for the Cardiac Cath Lab adult patients.
What qualifications you will need:
- Associates degree of equivalent in Radiology Technology
- State of Florida Rad Tech license and ARRT (R) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVT) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- ARRT Registry with Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) or Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) credentials within 12 months
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS required

With our state-of-the-art 222-bed facility and a comprehensive emergency room, we are fully equipped to handle any medical emergency. Our hospital is also home to the only inpatient Orthopedic Joint Care Center in Marion County, providing specialized care to patients with joint-related issues. We take pride in offering a wide range of medical services, including surgical treatments, radiological services, urologic treatments, inpatient wound care for chronic wounds, oncology care, and various outpatient services.
