About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Academic Affairs to provide administrative direction and leadership for all educational delivery systems, ensuring academic quality and control in line with higher education policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, development, maintenance, and evaluation of instructional effectiveness across various academic curricula. This role also involves serving as the key liaison with other educational institutions to enhance student opportunities and representing the company to regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate should have a strong initiative to serve faculty and students, exceptional organizational and planning skills, and the ability to lead and work effectively in a team. Applicants for the Vice President of Academic Affairs position at the company must have a Master's or comparable degree in an academic discipline or administration/leadership, with a preference for those who are eager to continue learning. A background in teaching, curriculum development, and experience in higher education administration is required. The role demands a candidate with a valid Colorado Driver's License, strong communication skills, and a willingness to engage with the community and business to improve academic offerings. The VPAA will be expected to have a proven track record in leadership, supporting subordinate growth, and teamwork, and be a self-starter capable of recognizing and addressing challenges and opportunities.
