HVAC HelperHaddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a HVAC Helper to join our team. The HVAC Helper will support the HVAC department by performing Plumbing and HVAC work and assisting Plumbing / HVAC mechanics with daily tasks and projects Essential Functions.Assist with the Installation, repair and maintenance of all plumbing systems including but not limited to drainage, waste, vent, gas and flue piping, fixtures, faucets, tub & shower valves and water heaters.Assist with the Installation, repair and maintenance of all HVAC systems including but not limited to hydronic boilers, steam boilers, hot air furnaces, air conditioning systems, piping, controls and ductwork.Keep the mechanics vehicle organized, stocked with material and clean.Review and complete assigned training curriculum.Have hand tools as required by the company.Wear PPE as established by the company guidelinesAny other tasks as assigned managerEducation, Qualities & Skills RequiredMust have a OSHA 10 or 30Organizational and multitasking abilitiesActive listener with excellent communication skillsSound judgment and critical thinkingProfessional behavior and conductMust be able to work well individually and with a team.Compensation Starts at $17 Hourly with no experience Benefits Include:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) Plan with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysPaid VacationOpportunities for Career Growth and AdvancementPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm and Saturdays as needed per job.About Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc.: Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is a Commercial Plumbing and HVAC company dedicated to providing premier workmanship and consistent delivery of reliable plumbing, heating and HVAC systems.
