Work Environment

Our work setting is primarily onsite within a home care facility, which offers a unique opportunity to meet patients in familiar and comfortable surroundings, thereby enhancing the therapeutic relationship. As a part of our dedicated team, you'll work regular business hours from 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, considering individual patient backgrounds.
• Develop and implement effective medication management plans, closely monitoring treatment responses and making adjustments as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate seamlessly with primary care providers and interdisciplinary team members to create integrated care plans, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during critical times, utilizing trauma-informed strategies to assist patients in navigating acute mental health challenges.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational activities to raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
• Deliver therapeutic support through counseling sessions and psychoeducational workshops, catering to the varying needs of our diverse clientele.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for care coordination.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $200,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
