Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to each patient's mental health needs.
• Manage medication regimens, regularly monitoring effectiveness and making necessary adjustments based on patient feedback and clinical findings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care providers and therapists, to ensure seamless integration of mental health services with overall health care.
• Provide crisis intervention when required, offering immediate emotional support and developing safety plans for patients in acute distress.
• Engage in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma within the community.
• Offer therapeutic support through individual counseling sessions, psychoeducation, and family therapy when applicable.
• Maintain accurate and secure patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and protection of patient information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
