SUMMARY:Will support operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numeric controlled (CNC) press brake equipment.

WAGETYPE:Hourly

FLSAExemption:Non-exempt

ESSENTIALDUTIES ANDRESPONSBILITIES:Toperformthisjobsuccessfully,anindividualmustbeabletoperformeachessentialdutysatisfactorily. Reasonableaccommodationmaybemadetoenableindividualswithdisabilitiestoperformtheessentialfunctions.

Configure, set up, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal according to specifications.
Select, install, and align the correct punches and dies for each specific job.
Read and interpret technical blueprints, flat patterns, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Perform first piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
Identify machine errors, calculate bend allowances, and make necessary digital or mechanical adjustments to correct dimensional deviations.
Perform daily routine maintenance on the press brake and tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Maintain a clean, organized work area strictly adhering to 5S principles, OSHA regulations, and internal safety protocols.
Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

QUALIFICATIONS:Therequirementslistedbelowarerepresentativeoftheknowledge,skilland/orabilityrequired.Equivalentcombinationsofeducationandexperiencemaybesubstitutedfortheexpectedlevelsofeducationandexperiencerequired.

Educationand/orExperience:

Expected:HighSchoolDiplomaorGED.
Preferred: Technical certificate or other relevant post-secondary education.

Experience/Skills:

Preferred:Experience setting up a CNC press brake in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in reading blueprints.Hands-on experience using precision measurementtools and gauges.Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

CommunicationSkills:

Mustbeabletoread,writeandcomprehendtheEnglishlanguage.
Abilitytoreadandanalyzetechnicalprocedures.

OtherSkills:

Abilitytointerpretavarietyofinstructionsfurnishedinwritten,oral,diagram,orschedule
