Job Title: Sr. Factory Manager Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Factory Operations to lead our server and rack integration facility in the City of Industry, CA. This role is responsible for end-to-end oversight of manufacturing, integration, testing, quality control, logistics, and workforce management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data center hardware assembly or related electro‑mechanical integration environments, combined with proven leadership skills in high‑mix, fast‑paced operations. What you will DO: Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of factory operations including assembly, integration, testing, packaging, and shipping of servers and racks. Process Improvement & Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance product quality. Team Management: Supervise, train, and mentor department managers, supervisors, and factory personnel. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment for all employees. Production Planning & Execution: Collaborate with planning, engineering, and supply chain teams to meet customer deadlines and optimize throughput. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of integrated server racks according to customer specifications. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control systems and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Facilities & Equipment Oversight: Manage factory layout, equipment maintenance, and overall facility readiness. Lead capital improvement projects as needed. Health, Safety, and Compliance: Enforce OSHA, ESD, and other safety standards. Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws. What you will NEED: 10+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware integration, or related field. Strong understanding of server, networking, and data center hardware. Proven experience managing factory operations in a high‑mix, high‑volume environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in ERP systems, production planning tools, and manufacturing metrics. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese Preferred Experience: Experience working with hyperscaler, OEM, or enterprise‑level IT hardware. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
