Zalat Pizza is hiring!

We make pizza worth caring about—and we’re looking for people who feel the same.

Why Work Here?

We’re privately owned, steadily growing, and intentionally not very corporate. Our mission is to make the greatest pizza in the universe, and we care about doing things well—not just doing them the way they’ve always been done. That includes how we make our pizza, serve our customers, and lead our teams.

We call it Pride & Joy: take pride in what you produce, bring some personality to what you do, and help make the shift better for the people around you.

Our culture is relaxed, a little weird, and unapologetically our own.

If you like high standards, good people, and the chance to lead without spending your shift standing on the sidelines, you’ll probably fit in here.
