Compensation Package Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts ranging from $100 to $20,000 in size. Handle policy servicing, renewals, and customer support with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Educate clients on risk management and insurance options tailored to their needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Qualifications and Requirements Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HNW and standard accounts. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software. Soft Skills: Professional demeanor and communication skills. Accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
