On-site (Vallejo, CA) | Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM?? $33/hour.We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to the Office of the Vice President & Chief Medical Officer.This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, excels at managing complex priorities, and brings strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills.What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for the VP & CMO's officeManage calendars, meetings, travel, and high-level schedulingCoordinate leadership meetings, events, and communicationsScreen and prioritize correspondence and incoming requestsPrepare, edit, and review executive-level documents and reportsTrack action items and follow up across departmentsHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretionSupport administrative, financial, and budget-related tasksWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree required5+ years supporting senior executive leadershipStrong organizational and communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and initiativeProficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systemsExperience in healthcare or academic environments preferred
