Responsibilities may include maintaining sales technology platforms, ensuring data accuracy, facilitating pricing and proposal workflows, or coordinating cross-functional activities between Sales, Finance, or Operations. The role contributes to process standardization, system optimization, and the integration of analytical inputs into operational decision-making.What you will do:Business Operations Specialist - Finance* Research subscription and customer data to validate accuracy and provide optimal pricing proposals.* Maintain current knowledge of Bloomberg INDG products, policies, and procedures to support internal and external customers.* Self-monitor and manage workflows through various systems to ensure timeliness and accuracy of proposals, invoices, and sales credit payments.* Collaborate with sales representatives and strategic partners to resolve questions and meet customer requirements.* Calculate incremental value of sales and assign sales credit to appropriate sales teams, products, and categories.* Coordinate, prepare, and review new sales contracts and renewals of existing contracts.* Verify and grant appropriate and timely electronic access to customers.* Analyze customer and subscription data and present the findings in a simple manner.You need to have:Business Operations Specialist - Finance* Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business.* 3+ years’ experience in business operations, sales operations, or related field* Demonstrated experience in business systems including CRM.**Equal Opportunity**Bloomberg Industry Group maintains a continuing policy of non-discrimination in employment.
