Senior Scheduler - Industrial & Manufacturing Construction Full‑time Responsibilities Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Establish the schedule management program and deliverables to be used on large scale capital programs. Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance and recommendations for the project. Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams. Conduct schedule of resource loading and leveling. Assess impacts on the critical path and near‑critical activities and report to the project team. Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the development of alternative methods for corrective action. Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress. Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated into the schedule. Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis on a periodic basis. Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance. Assure credibility of the information contained in the schedule. Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all project stages. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. Project/Program specifications Project/Program specific responsibilities: Develop and manage project schedule with collaboration with general contractor and associated trade partners. Incorporate schedule updates based on progress, changes to sequencing or updated scopes of work. Facilitate meetings for schedule updates and reviews. Develop report‑outs with schedule relevant data including plan vs actual, trends and projected project completion. Market sector experience: experience in advanced manufacturing/industrial environment with multi-national clients Project/program size in dollar value: Greater than $1B Software specific requirements: P6 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction. Minimum 5‑7 years of applicable experience. Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment. On‑site presence and requirements may change depending on our client’s needs.
