Assistant Property Manager
Location: North Miami, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
About Us
We are a growing commercial property management company focused on delivering exceptional service to tenants. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and help maintain high occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and property performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of commercial properties
- Respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff
- Assist with rent collection, notices, lease renewals, and tenant communications
- Maintain accurate tenant files, reports, and property records
- Conduct property inspections and assist with move-ins/move-outs
- Help market vacant units and schedule property showings
- Support the Property Manager with administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management and/or real estate required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and property management software
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
