Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA CCC’s or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience with pediatric caseloads in school-based settings preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services for students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain detailed records, track progress, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school initiatives
