Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school-based or educational settings.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and students.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for a diverse student population.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Provide education and training to staff and families as needed.
• Consistently monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
