Opportunity:

RN - Pediatric OR

Job Details:

• Day shift, 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• On-call responsibilities required: 1x every 6-8 weekends, 1 weeknight per week Monday through Thursday, and holidays as operationally needed
• Kidney transplant experience required
• Pediatric OR, ambulatory OR, and pediatric trauma experience required
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty required
• Trauma Level I and Trauma Level II experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Travelers are required to float as needed
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility - locals not accepted
• Pass/Fail telemetry exam required prior to start with a passing score of 80% or higher
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA only), PALS, Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license
• Required skills include but are not limited to: Pedi General OR, ambulatory OR, transplant regulatory charting, organ donation, craniotomy, spinal fusion, trauma, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, and administration of blood and blood products

This Magnet-designated pediatric medical and surgical center provides specialized care in a healing environment designed specifically for pediatric patients and their families. The facility is home to a Level One Pediatric Trauma Center and a Level IV NICU, serving patients throughout the region and beyond. The organization features nationally recognized pediatric specialists across a wide range of fields and offers interdisciplinary support including respiratory services and pharmacy.
