Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients utilizing both standardized assessments and observational insight.

Create individualized treatment plans to meet both immediate and long-term cognitive, communication, and swallowing objectives.

Deliver focused speech therapy interventions that encompass communication, fluency, voice, language, and swallowing improvements.

Work in tandem with interdisciplinary teams including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and families to ensure a holistic care approach.

Educate patients and their families to foster progress beyond the clinical environment.

Support with occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout the process.

Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Stay up-to-date with professional advancements through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification due within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based methodologies suitable for all age groups, with a deep comprehension of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and care teams.

Ability to modify therapeutic techniques to accommodate varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
