Salary Range: $61,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Wyoming that are seeking skilled Tool Room Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the tool room, ensuring timely and accurate tool repair and fabrication.
• Lead and mentor a team of toolmakers and machinists, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage tool inventory, including procurement, storage, and issuance of tools and related equipment.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs for tools and machinery to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments to address tooling needs and support manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies within the tool room.
• Develop and optimize tooling solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a tool room environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of various machining processes, including CNC, manual milling, and turning.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex tooling issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
