HR Manager | Wyoming, MI

Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Wyoming region seeking HR Managers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates-not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with manufacturing goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of manufacturing roles.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations specific to manufacturing.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs for plant employees.
• Drive performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Implement training programs to enhance skills and safety within the factory.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
• Proven experience with talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational goals in a manufacturing setting.
