Salary Range: $136,000 - $187,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Wyoming seeking Plant Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met.
• Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and production staff.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
• Manage plant budget, including capital expenditures and operational expenses.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing principles.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and safety metrics
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems
• Project management experience, especially related to capital projects or facility upgrades
• Bilingual in Spanish or another language relevant to the local workforce
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing direct reports
