This role blends database administration with hands-on development focusing on building robust customer profiles increasing the volume and quality of marketable contacts and ensuring seamless data integration between Salesforce Oracle Eloqua and other enterprise systems. Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesDesign develop and maintain processes to aggregate cleanse and standardize contact data from multiple internal and external data integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Eloqua including field mapping sync optimization and error scripts automation and transformation logic using Apex Python and SQL to create and update contact and maintain Eloqua contact fields custom data objects and segmentation structures in alignment with marketing and sales and maintain database hygiene processes including duplicate detection suppression list management and contact washing and improve data quality identifying gaps and executing enrichment marketing automation initiatives by ensuring accurate and timely availability of contact and account data for database performance to improve campaign segmentation speed reporting accuracy and overall system with CRM and marketing teams to ensure data structure aligns with reporting lead scoring and customer lifecycle technical documentation for all data processes integrations and database duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing Data Analytics Business or a related understanding of cleansing and analyzing large sets of dataExperience working with Data in SalesforceProficiency in data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud Tableau Power BI or Eloquas reporting pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Engineering or related field; equivalent work experience considered.3 years of experience with Salesforce data management including Apex development.2 years of experience with Python for ETL data transformation or API -on experience with marketing automation platforms; Oracle Eloqua strongly in SQL and relational database with API integrations REST/SOAP services and data exchange between enterprise of data quality best practices and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance considerationsWorking knowledge of EDA construction equipment datasets and/or Dodge Construction Network datasetsKnowledge Skills Abilities & CompetenciesStrong technical skills in Apex Python and SQL for data manipulation and understanding of Salesforce data architecture and integration knowledge of Eloquas contact model segmentation logic and custom data to design scalable data flows and troubleshoot integration issues analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to data accuracy and process of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced working in a role with minimal customer-facing communicationfocus on technical execution and to maintaining the integrity security and compliance of customer ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
