This program is ideal for individuals eager to apply their academic knowledge in a fast-paced, real-world environment where innovation and collaboration drive success.What You'll Work OnIdentify and implement improvements to existing manufacturing processes to enhance the safety, quality, and efficiency of global products. Collaborate with a team of engineers on capital projects & production support. Learn and apply Six Sigma tools and techniques through formal training and hands-on improvement projects.Basic QualificationsPursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in engineering Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorshipPreferred QualificationsAn engineering degree in any of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Industrial, or any related technologies Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 Desire to work in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Familiarity with OSHA and SDS safety standardsLincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
