Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is partnering with a customer-focused and highly respected manufacturer of LP Gas products for the RV industry to hire a Field Service Technician .

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, working directly with customers, and solving problems in the field. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working independently, and willing to travel to customer locations as needed.

Field Service Technician Job Summary:
• Pay: $20.00-$21.00/hr
• Full-time position
• Hours vary based on customer needs - flexibility required
• Travel to customer locations to inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
• Perform maintenance and repairs following installation
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Use hand tools and specialized equipment, including wrenches and hose crimpers
• Complete detailed service reports and document work performed
• Identify and report defective parts, equipment issues, or malfunctions to the supervisor
• Provide professional service while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all company driving procedures
• Work independently while also supporting the team as needed
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Field Service Technician Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience working with tools and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and technical problems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Previous experience with Flex-Tech products preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Dependable and flexible with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Clean MVR/driving record required
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and crawl for extended periods
• Comfortable working in various environments and confined or tight spaces
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
