We are seeking an upbeat energetic Front Desk Receptionist for our fast paced rapid growing staffing company. Great communication skills are key for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls
- Greet incoming applicants
- Assist with application processing
- Basic payroll/admin duties
- Maintain a clean and organized front lobby
- Schedule interviews for Recruiters
- Order office supplies
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Computer Proficient
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Detail Oriented
