Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to better understand each client's unique situation and challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and objectives of clients, setting clear pathways toward their recovery and wellness goals.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to assist clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license or certification as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling to individuals and groups facing emotional and psychological challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflective of your experience and the caseload you will manage.
